The prelude in Bb is one of the most famous movements of this collection. Its catchy harmonic sequence and sparkling sound make this prelude a very fun piece to play. The coordination between right and left hands is the biggest challenge. The pattern presented in the first section requires very clean, articulate, and even playing with both hands alternating and changing positions very quickly. The second section is more improvisatory and free in form.
