Spindler's Sonatinas is a great set for beginner pianists that goes quite well along with the famous sonatinas of Clementi or Diabelli. This first movement of the first sonatina is by far the most well-known, and for good reason. It is playful, very pianistic and a great study in dexterity and sound control.
