Anton Bilotti was an American pianist and composer, born to Italian immigrant parents. As a child, he showed a great talent for playing the piano. His abilities earned him a chance to study at the Naples Conservatory of Music, where he studied from 1915 to 1921. Later, he continued his education in Paris, working with well-known teachers like Busoni, Ravel, and de Pachmann. In 1921, Anton Bilotti made his first major public performance at Carnegie Hall. After this debut, he played with many of the important orchestras across both the USA and Europe. His career as a performing pianist was successful and took him to many stages. Anton Bilotti was also a composer. He wrote many pieces for the piano along with other works including a symphony, a violin concerto, a poem for saxophone and orchestra, a quintet for piano and strings, and a suite for string quartet. Some of his compositions are titled Spanish Dance, Concerto for Piano and Orchestra, and Puck Dance.
