This piece is a study in broken chords for the right hand. The melody in the left-hand needs to be well pronounced but is not particularly difficult. When the chords change at a faster pace, the right-hand needs to stay on top of the shifting positions without getting stiff. To do that, you need to highlight the top notes of each chord by focusing the weight of your arm on the finger five. This will give clarity to the passage and keep your thumb relaxed and free to move.
