16. Prelude BWV 861

Johann Sebastian Bach

About this piece
The prelude in G minor is one of the most accessible from The Well-Tempered Clavier, although finding the right rhythm and fluent phrasing is not so straight-forward. One unique feature of this piece is the long trills, which are usually reserved for embellishments but here are part of the thematic material.
Is this your next piece?
It could be a good match if you're an intermediate pianist with a solid foundation and strong technique.
