The Sleeping Beauty Op.66a

Pyotr Tchaikovsky

What's this piece like?
This is Rachmaninoff's arrangement of Tchaikovsky's famous ballet "The Sleeping Beauty," composed in 1899. The music is full of energy and suits the piano very well. The primo part is much easier, with most of the virtuosic playing given to the secondo.
Who's this piece for?
This is a great piece for intermediate level pianists with a solid foundation and strong technique.
